What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and perform residential electrical service and installation work
- Work in compliance with NEC and Arkansas code
- Inspect, evaluate, and identify the full scope of electrical issues
- Communicate findings and solutions clearly to homeowners
- Run clean, professional service calls from start to finish
- Document work accurately using company software
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and jobsite
- Represent Mister Sparky with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity

Requirements
- Active Arkansas Journeyman or Master Electrician License required
- 3+ years of residential electrical experience preferred
- Strong understanding of NEC and residential electrical applications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
